Membership in the Society is open to all who are interested.  SMPC members receive biweekly digests with news on conferences, job/student opportunities, and other information pertinent to the field. They also receive discounted registration at SMPC conferences, and faculty members can request to be included in the SMPC Map of Music Cognition and Music Psychology Labs.

Society fees are $40 for a two year period. A $1 service charge (per two-year period) applies.
